Total Rewards for full-time and part-time employees
A Total Rewards package is an integral part of the employee benefits compensation provided by Jeffco Public Schools, and Jeffco recognizes that this information is important in your decision-making. To help you understand what benefits you may qualify for and the additional value of district-provided benefits, use the benefits guide below. Your benefits guide will answer many of the questions you may have.
Full-time employees are those regularly scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Part-time, benefits-eligible employees are those regularly scheduled for 20 to less than 30 hours per week.
Employee Benefits Applicable to All Employees
All employees participate in the Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association (PERA) and are eligible to participate in voluntary retirement plans.
