As Executive Director of Communications, Kimberly oversees the communications strategy and initiatives for the district and leads the communications department, while assuming responsibility for designing and recommending appropriate communication tools in support of Jeffco's mission. She provides daily support to our superintendent, leadership team, as well as school leaders. Kimberly manages all media requests and leads crisis communications support across the district.

Debi provides direct administrative assistance to both Lisa Relou and Kimberly Eloe, as well as support to the entire Communications team. She manages the budget, sets schedules, assists with Human Resources duties, manages the department phone and email correspondence, while ensuring all inquiries land in the appropriate place within and outside of our department.

Kerri’s role includes supporting the development and execution of the district’s proactive communications plan, with a focus on Jeffco Thrives 2025 and other high-level initiatives. In addition, her work focuses on assisting school-based and district leaders with their communication needs. She supports Kimberly and our schools with crisis communications, partners with various departments and outside vendors on key initiatives, and leads various district-level projects.

Maggie's role focuses on the creative, design, and branding efforts for Jeffco. In addition to managing the district's social media platforms, she designs visual content and materials for departments and schools, provides marketing and communication consultation upon request, supports district-level communication projects, and facilitates various cross-departmental partnerships.
