Current Students
Records requests for a student currently enrolled in a Jeffco Public School (with the exception of special education records) need to be requested from the school where the student is currently attending. Students who are withdrawn within the current school year from Jeffco Public Schools should check with the last school attended for the location of the records.
Government Agencies & Out-of-District Schools
For withdrawn students: student information and records may be requested by faxing the request to the number indicated below.
For currently enrolled students: student information or academic records may be requested by faxing the request to the school where the student is currently enrolled.
Special Education Records
Special Education Records requests must be made online using our automated student records request system. Click the Request Student Records button above to access Jeffco's new automated system. Fax, phone, and mail requests are no longer accepted.
