Initiative #271: Fair Tax Colorado

Fair Tax Colorado - if passed - creates a graduated income tax for individual taxpayers by lowering the tax rate on taxable income up to $250,000 and raising the tax rates on taxable income above this amount. At least half of this new revenue will be spent on Pk-12 public education - bringing our education funding closer to the national average. Read more about Fair Tax Colorado and what it would mean for Jeffco Public Schools Funding.
