With bad weather on the horizon, several 4A and 5A Jeffco Public Schools marching bands scrambled to make the most of a cancelled state marching band championship.
Originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, the State Marching Band Championship cancelled their judging event last Friday, October 25th. Several Jeffco music educators and support teams worked to pull together a last-minute marching band showcase on Saturday, October 26th at Trailblazer Stadium instead.
Congratulations to our 4A and 5A bands who performed for each other and all of their biggest fans on Saturday. Thank you to the teachers, support staff, families, friends, and students for rounding out an amazing marching band season with a huge effort to showcase our amazing musicians.
