Swanson Elementary's Band of Colts Performed at the Denver Art Museum's Dia del Nino
Swanson Elementary's modern rock band, Band of Colts, got the audience's toes tapping at the Denver Art Museum's celebration of all children, Dia del Nino on April 29. The band includes keyboardists, percussionists, guitarists, and singers from fourth-sixth grade. The group sang a unique and spirited rendition of Camila Cabello's song, Havana. The musicians even wrote their own verse to the song! A huge thanks to
music teacher, Joel Zigman, and the entire band for representing Swanson in such a positive way.
