How to Bid for Jeffco Public Schools Business

Building and Maintaining Jeffco Public Schools

With the support of voters, Jeffco Public Schools has been able to implement an aggressive program to create schools that meet the needs of 21st Century Learners. Learn more about being a partner with the district's Facilities Planning and Construction Management Department.

Technology Partners

Jeffco Public Schools has partnered with several organizations to help bring the best in educational technology, IT support and communications to our schools. Infinite Campus helps the district manage student data; Reliance Communication's SchoolMessnger helps us communicate with families 24-hours a day. Online education in the district is delivered by Schoology. The district is working with the non-profit inBloom to create a system that will bring together many pieces of education information and student data into one location so that teachers can better address each student's individual learning needs.

Renting a Jeffco School or Athletic Field

Our school buildings are more than just places of education, they are centers of the community. Schools are used as voting locations, meeting places and recreational centers. Our buildings and athletic fields are available for community use. Read more.

Before and After School Care Providers

Some Jeffco Schools make arrangement with private groups to provide quality before and after school care programs. Care providers should first check with school principals to determine if there is a need for a program. Read more.

Title I Tutoring

As part of the Federal No Child Left Behind Act, Jeffco Schools offers free tutoring to students of certain Title I schools. Tutoring providers work with the district's Title I Department to improve student achievement in reading or mathematics. Interested providers must become a contracted vendor with the district before they can work with students. Read more.

Jeffco Public Schools offers online Professional Development courses for teachers or school districts nationwide to purchase. Over fifty courses spanning the curriculum are available. Read more.

Our Supporting Partner - CollegeInvest

College Invest

Businesses are stepping up to help Jeffco public Schools.  Some have adopted an entire school or classroom, and others have provided generous financial support.  The district salutes our partners, especially CollegeInvest, which has a three year agreement to support Jeffco Public Schools through advertising on elementary report cards. CollegeInvest is a not-for-profit division of the Colorado Department of Higher Education.  It helps Colorado families break down the barriers to college by providing free expert information and planning tools.  CollegeInvest aligns with Jeffco’s mission of preparing all students for a successful future.

Advertising and Marketing Opportunities

Conducting Research with Jeffco Public Schools

Agencies or individuals desiring to conduct "external research" studies involving either district students or staff members must complete an application form and submit a written prospectus to the Jefferson County Schools Research Committee for approval prior to initiation of the study. Read more.

The Jefferson County Board of Education has contracts with charter schools. A charter school in Colorado is a public school operated by a group of parents, teachers and/or community members as a semi-autonomous school of choice within a school district. Read more.
